Need to cancel? No worries — we're happy to help if your order hasn't shipped yet. Just reach out within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is on its way, we're unable to cancel it, but if anything arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact us at shop@esmerays.store with a photo or two and we'll make it right.
